webpages wont display correctly

Hi there any help would be wonderful!

Im using Internet Ex 7 Windows Vista...

When Im surfing web all the webpages wont display correctly..they all have
the words overlapping and such. I have tried java script stuff but nothing
seems to fix it. If you need more info PLEASE ask and I'll help on my end as
much as I can! THANKS and if anyone knows how to read hijackthis reports that
would b great 2! thank u thank u

We don't analyze HijackThis reports here in the MS newsgroups. I'll give you
a listing of various specialty forums where you can get guided help with
that.

That said, your issue doesn't sound like a virus. Try reinstalling your
video drivers. Get them from either the OEM's website if you have that sort
of computer (Dell, HP, Sony, etc.) or the video card mftr.'s website. Also,
assuming that this situation has not always existed, answer The First
Question of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time things worked
and the time they didn't?

can be caused by using HIGH DPI setting.
if you are using it, try going back to NORMAL and see if it improves.

In a word - failure to follow standards. Suggest you try FireFox.

Horseshit!
It's either too high DPI or he has "ignore font sizes on web pages'
checked in accessibility,
IE is the standard.

No - IE fails to follow standards. That's why when you validate code
according to w3c.org - which IS the standard - you have to jump through
hoops to make it work with IE.
